Costa Rica!!

OWL BUTTERFLY!

ISO: 200  f/2.8  shutter speed: 1/1250

I took this on the day that we went ziplining. Everyone was riding horses to get up to the start of the ziplines, but since I'm allergic to horses, I had to stay behind and have someone drive me up there. While  I was waiting on my ride, this guy was showing me this butterfly. It's called an owl butterfly since it looks like an owl when it's wings are spread out. I thought it was really cool cause I've never seen anything like this, and I liked how this picture turned out. For post-editing, I brought the contrast up a little bit to make his wings look cool.

This was the view I got to wake up to every morning! It was sooooo pretty there! I took this one morning right before we had our breakfast. Everywhere you look in Costa Rica is just sooo pretty, I took so many pictures, but could have taken tons more if I would've had the chance. I took the vibrance up a little in this picture which made the water look really blue :)
